The Movie Is Directed By Al Adamson...And One Of The Actors Starting In The Movie Is His Late Wife Regina Carroll Famous For Being In Her Husbands Movie's Like Dracula VS. Frankenstein And Satan's Sadists.Brain Of Blood Really Doesn't Fit Into The Blood Island Trilogy,It Doesn't Take Place In Blood Island And It Doesn't Have The Same Actors.This Is A Really Good Movie And Is Very Underrated,And Is Worth Renting It At A Video Shop.
